The breakfast service felt chaotic, with missing items like butter and slow replenishment, turning a simple meal into a frustrating experience. The pool area is disappointingly small, especially considering the price of the stay.

after arriving to a room with a twin bed instead of the king I requested, I was forced to move to a noise-filled connecting room. how charming! also, when showering, the water spilled everywhere, making it quite the adventure, unfortunately, not the good kind. I almost thought about writing a glowing review, but alas, I could not.

Stunning atmosphere, exceptional service, with a convenient location near the airport that made it easy for us to catch our flight. we loved the relaxing indoor swimming pool and the delicious breakfast options, including gluten-free choices that were thoughtfully prepared for my dietary needs.

intercontinental was fantastic! the location is perfect, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the spa area was lovely, and the breakfast spread was outstanding, especially the gluten-free options. i really appreciated the freshly baked gluten-free bread they offered me.

i’d recommend limiting young children in the club lounge for a more peaceful experience.
